Flexa Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Flexa app. By using Flexa, you agree to them.

What Flexa is

Flexa provides AI-generated feedback on your dating profile and AI-suggested replies for your dating conversations. Suggestions are exactly that — suggestions. You decide what to send and what to do; you're responsible for your own messages, dates, and decisions. Dating outcomes are not guaranteed (we wish we could).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Flexa.

Subscriptions

• Flexa offers a limited number of free analyses. Continued use requires a subscription: a 3-day free trial, then £7.99 per week (or local equivalent — the exact price is always shown before you subscribe).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone).
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Flexa only with content you have the right to share, and not to:

• Upload content involving anyone under 18, or any explicit or unlawful content;
• Use Flexa to deceive, harass, or manipulate others;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service (including circumventing usage limits).

Flexa's AI will decline to analyze content that violates these rules, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt it.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images and text you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process them for the sole purpose of providing the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content

Flexa's feedback is generated by artificial intelligence. It can be wrong, incomplete, or a bad fit for your situation. Use your own judgment — especially before sending messages or making changes to your profile.

Disclaimer and liability

Flexa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
